Here is a sheet to help calculate your fees.  Remember, fees are ALWAYS negotiable! 

** If your event has more than 100 people, you will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee. **

$100 for the first 2 HOURS
$25 EACH additional hour

Meeting Room

$25 

Commercial Kitchen

MUST have ServSafe certification. 

$50  Kitchen Space: NO EQUIPMENT
$35 per hour - Kitchen Equipment 

Kitchen Rental

Kitchen - $50
For the Space Only - Kitchen Equipment NOT included


Kitchen Equipment - $35/hour
MUST rent Kitchen to use Kitchen Equipment


Additional Info

To use the kitchen, a ServSafe certificate is required.


If alcoholic beverages will be served, a Certificate of Insurance is required.

Insurance cost varies by type of event and number of attendees from $120 to $235.
